Shipping Policy

Thank you for your BELOVD order. We ship via USPS Priority to the contiguous United States.

Shipments are sent Mondays and Tuesdays only. At our discretion we may ship on Wednesdays depending on destination location, estimated delivery time to destination and weather conditions.

We may use recycled shipping materials and packaging as part of our sustainability practice. BELOVD is not responsible for delays resulting from mishandling by the shipping carrier. We reserve the right to change shipping methods at any time without notice.

All accepted orders are final and we cannot accept cancellations, refunds or returns. While we make every effort to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition, mailing chocolate comes with risk. As a result, BELOVD LLC does not guarantee that an item will not be delayed or damaged in transit and cannot be held liable for any delays or damages.
